Wblier takes the W(blier)🔥💯

Introduction

Wblier26 designed his own flag to be used with his UtmostTrouble account. Because he’s a buddy of mine, it’s my job to rip it apart word by word. His flag starts off on a black plane with a blue & light blue decorated circle in the middle. The design within the circle is your standard star whose 5 points each touch the rim of the circle. Overall, It’s a quite the simple design, but as I had learned later on, there was a lot to take away from it.

My Thoughts

Initially I had thought that the main symbol was a soccer ball because Wblier is part of the team over here at school. I felt that the blue color scheme of the symbol might’ve symbolized the colors of Playstation, as he was hinting at one of the elements pertaining to videogaming. To be real with all of you, I had no clue what the black had meant.

The Truth

I gave it my all, but alas, I was defeated.
Wblier’s enigmatic flag had gotten the best of me. it was time for me to yield, (…more like ask him what it means).

I started by asking him about the circle and star. He brought to my attention that it had actually symbolized anime, which he watches often. When questioned, he replied that it was meant to be a Dragon Ball, “Because Dragon Ball Z was my childhood show.” Following this, I asked about the element that eluded me the most; the black background. He said that it represented videogames, so I wasn’t too far off with my Playstation guess for the other symbol. He left it vague as to why he chose black, but he stated, “I’ve played videogames all my life. It’s a good pass time.” Then, it was time for the two shades of blues. The dark blue represented music. According to him, “I Listen to music while doing everything.” Again, rather vague. Despite the vagueness, I found his final symbol, the light blue, to be the neatest. When asked, he said that “My goalie gear is teal.”, wrapping up all his main interests. “

That was just about it. In my opinion, his flag was great. It also has a nice visual aesthetic with the uncommonly used black background. I rate it “One of the flags ever”/10.
