I think laughter is super important to do, especially with people you’re close with. When you’re with the right person everything is funny to you guys. I once went rollerblading with my friend and I had no experience in that, or with ice skating so I was so nervous that I’d suck really bad. When we first put our skates on I could barely get through the slanted floor in the very beginning and I kept rolling back several times until they had to guide me up, and we kept laughing at that because it wasn’t even that hard I just couldn’t do it, and then before we were even a few seconds on the rink I fell right onto the ground, so of course we laughed a bunch at that, and then they helped me up and we skated around, I was holding onto the wall.
But eventually I was getting the hang of it and getting more comfortable, and then we decided we were done with rollerblading so we decided to sit down and we talked and laughed more about what happened in the very beginning and overall and then we decided to play with this stuffed animal claw machine and we kept losing and my friend spent so much money on it and it was just so funny because the animal kept dropping when it was almost to the drop. At one point this old lady came over was just like asking how old my friend was because they were making jokes about playing something, and then she eventually left, and then we just laughed at that, and then it was time for us to go home. To this day I find that day a good and funny day, and it’ll probably always be a day I cherish and think about.
