Many people have argued over the relationship between ownership and a sense of self, and whether or not they are the same. One can own a sense of self, but a sense of self is not the objects a person owns.

My mother once said to me that Black Friday shopping is not meant for children. However, I did not care because I just wanted to get a TV. Looking back at that night, I realized that Black Friday isn't at all what it plays out to be.

Ads are something that everyone comes across everyday. Some of them are targeted, while others are completely random. Overall, most ads that I come across are related to my interests, while others just seem to be pulled out of nowhere .
