Bicep and Tricep Training

A key to a magnificent beach body is to have giant arms. What do I mean by that? I mean big biceps and triceps are key to large arms that all the ladies will love. Big biceps are what the ladies like but to make the arm overall bigger one must work on triceps. The common misconception is that you need big biceps in order for the arm to look good. While you do need big biceps you also need Triceps. The tricep muscle is bigger than the bicep so if you have big biceps but not big triceps you can make your arm look bigger by doing triceps. Big arms help to lift thing up and it helps with pushing and pulling motions that people do in everyday life.

A good rep range for doing biceps and triceps would be roughly 6-10 reps in each set. Roughly 3 sets for each exercise that you perform. When performing these exercises one must go slow. You have to try not swing your arms when performing these arm exercises because that takes away some of the work that the muscles are supposed to do. If you do them slow in engages more muscles fibers within the biceps and triceps which means the muscles will get even bigger. Doing them slow also decreases the possibility of injury.

Exercises for arms would be the following:

Biceps: Incline Hammer Curls, Standing Curls, EZ Bar Curl, Barbell Curl, and Hammer Curls

Triceps: Dips, Close Grip Bench Press, Pushdowns, Cable Push Downs, and Skull Crushers

I completely agree, the ladies love them arms. You can never skip leg day though. I have seen online that skull crushers and other tricep exercises put alot of stress on the elbow joint and shoulders. If your elbow hurts after a tricep exercise what should you do?

This is good information! Good to know that doing reps slowly will engage more muscle fibers. How long have you been doing these workouts for?
