Importance of Friendship

The word friendship is so much more than just saying the word. Friendship is something that is very dependable and a very large amount of trust on each other. One time my friend Kyle drove from Lewiston 45 minutes away to me in Litchfield only because I got in a large argument with my dad and wanted to go somewhere else and Kyle was there. Kyle knows everything about me, he knows that he could talk to me no matter what, he knows that there is gonna always be a place with me if he needs something. I know that there is always a place for me with him, and no matter what I do he is always a trustworthy person I talk with, and let him know things that no one else would know. The definition of Friendship is a relationship should make both people in the friendship happy; both people should have fun when they spend time together.

This one is easy, at least on paper: become a true friend yourself. One of my favorite quotations comes from Gandhi: “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” Be the friend you want to have. We all tend to attract people into our lives whose character mirrors our own. You don’t have to make yourself into what you think others would find attractive. No matter what your areas of interest, others share them somewhere. Simply make yourself a big target. Join social clubs organized around activities you enjoy. Leverage the Internet to find people of like mind. The biggest thing I have done for Kyle is give him 200$ and take him clothes shopping and than just make sure he has a home and is warm at nights and he can just calm down from all of his issues. Friendship is a really big deal to me because that is all you can rely on in some ways. If you have true friends than you should definitely be able to rely on them if you need to talk and just get away from other things like getting away from arguments at home or away from a break up. Even if you just want to go over and hang out with each other.

I can relate to this post, my best friend and I, are always there for each other no matter what. When you said he would drive 45 mins to go get you, I would do that for her, she is the only one who really gets me. The real me anyway. I understand where you are coming from to have a friend that would do anything for you. Its always nice to have.

I can relate to this because no matter what I am always there for my best friends and they are always there for me. I have got into some arguments with my friends before and we have done stuff to work them out and make things better. I have always worked out my problems and made things better with my friends. Most things can heal over time.

This is a very touching post, I can relate to this because for me and my best friend I would drive to any lengths, an do anything for her. Me and her just work like that, we would do anything for each other without questions. She would always have an open house for me to stay in when things got rough at home or I just needed an escape. Friends are very important to our life and cause us to became important to their lives as well.
