Have you ever wondered why some people have a prefrance between calling and texing? Both calling and texting have advantages and disadvantages. I personally perfer texting over calling it is a seemless process and allowes for someone to get back to you on their own time.

There are many advantages of texting instead of calling. One of the main reason someone may text insead of call is that they need a fast and afficent way to communicate information to you. An example I see in my personal life is when I go over to my friends hourse or they come to mine. We send a quick text to one another saying “heading your way now” this give one another a good idea of how long it should take the othe to get to there destination. Instead of my friend and I trying to call one another and waiting for a responce a text is fast and easy.

Privacy is another big part that makes texting better than calling. Texting is alot more private then calling. You can send a text witout worry of others knowing about your conversation. This is useful if you need to talk about something personal or confidential. In contrast, phone calls can be difficult to make in public places because you might not want others to overhear your conversation.

texting has the advantage of keeping record. Texing gives you that ability. When you are texting with someone all of the information is just a scroll away. Unlike calling where your information will be lost unless you have some ability to record what has been said.

Furthermore, over the years texting has become a big part of the world. Textings ablility to not only make a quick and reliable way to reach someone, but it has also given poeple the ability to communitate even if there are extremly busy.
