Opportunities Come From Problems

I truly believe that problems are just opportunities for you. People think of problems as a major setback or something that may not be easy to get through. Whether its a problem on the daily, or something big that may happen once in your life. It’s important to understand that no matter how big or small the problem may be, it’s an opportunity or chance to conquer it. Not only getting through the problem, but looking back on problems from the past and seeing exactly how they’ve impacted you to today. I have many moments in my daily life that seem like “problems”, but in my eyes they’re opportunities. Chances to prove to myself and maybe others that it doesn’t always have to be negative. You can choose to have a simple problem ruin yourself for a while. But that choice gives you the opportunity to make it disappear, even if it’s hard. One daily problem that occurs for me is schoolwork. Although it’s a small problem to forget or just ignore an assignment or two, it can become a bigger problem later on which is your choice. But, that assignment gives you the opportunity to try again or simply just do the best you can. Although I still have a long life ahead of me, a big problem that’s occured in my years is work. I got a job two years ago and it was a problem because I wasn’t getting the hours I wanted, pay I wanted, and I had no friends so I was miserable at work. I then saw this problem as an opportunity to get a new job that would fulfill all those problems. After making that choice, I have now been at my new job for over a year and a half. There’s been some ups and downs of course, but I took a chance to solve my problems. I do my best I can at my job for what I’ve been given because I get the hours I want, more pay then what I even imagined I’d be getting at this job,. As well as an amazing group of coworkers that make me enjoy being at work. It’s weird looking back at it now but I’m glad I had that problem in the past because it didn’t just bring me down, but I now have everything I want in a job just from taking that opportunity. This is why problems are just opportunities waiting to happen if you try your best.
