House work

Who needs to go out and drive around when you know there is plenty of house work to get done? As a human being it is not healthy to live in your own filth. People often times go for a joy ride when they are bored and have nothing to do, but is there really nothing to do? Many people like to avoid and procrastinate when it comes to doing house chores. House chores is a part of everyday life that if avoided for to long can become an unhealthy habit that no one wants to deal with. Yes chores are usually a pain but they need to be done.

Cleaning can change a persons mood from feeling clustered to feeling more free and even better about yourself. By freeing up your space around you can allow a person to destress and have more of a relaxing environment. Cleaning is like homework, you feel a lot better when you have it done. If you know you have to do something it feels like a big weight has been lifted off of your shoulders when the task has been completed. The feeling of a weight being lifted off of your shoulders is s great one. Just knowing that you have accomplished something is rewarding itself. This feeling is even reached with just yourself as a person and without the use of a car.  In conclusion, cleaning can relieve stress as well as something that needs to be apart of your everyday lifestyle. If you get sloppy there could be some serious disappointment.
